Alumni Association of MCA Department, had organized a Virtual Alumni Meet on 7th August 2021. Prof.Sarakutty, Member, Alumni Association, highlighted the role and decisions taken by the association during her welcome speech. Principal Dr. Nagaraj Shenoy graced the Occasion. Prof.Suneetha, HOD MCA expressed her pride over achievements and progress of alumni.

"Finding the right path to success at the right time" is really very important and for that way I had selected DSCASC. The friendly environment, the systematic approach towards imparting education at DSCASC made me a competent individual. The wide range of activities- both curricular and co-curricular- along and the support from college was really very helpful for my future. When I reminisce about my two years of college life in DSCASC, I see the transferable set of competencies that got build up over a period of time in me. I would like to talk about the skills and mindsets that help to raise the bar of excellence. And when I hark back to my journey of two years I think skills like strategic planning, optimism, coaching, managing self and time got developed at grass root level that certainly played a vital role post graduation. Building on this I would like to highlight that currently if I am able to handle multiple tasks on my plate I think it is because of the seeds that got planted in those golden two years of college. They escalated me on the learning curve and led to my personal development. Undoubtedly, it is us who needs to skew the lens of looking at things. Avenues are provided by the college. For instance, guest speaker series, workshops, lectures, practical drilling, mock interviews, technical and cultural fest and other key interventions. My sincere thankfulness to the department of MCA, DSCASC, Dr. Nagaraj Shenoy, Principal / Director at DSCASC, Prof. Mrs. Suneeta V, HOD, MCA and all the Professors helped me to develop my IT/Technical skills during my academic year of MCA. The faculties are really very kind and approachable when any need arises. I thank to the Training & Placement Department for their continuous efforts in getting me placed in top IT Company. This endeavor will lead our college to incredible heights. Lastly, I am really proud to be an DSIean.
