I welcome you all to Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) program in Dayananda Sagar College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Bengaluru.

We convey best quality Education and Training to students for shaping their careers for sustainable corporate world. The Department of commerce aims to provide academically efficient and professionally relevant Teaching in the areas of Accounting and Finance. Along with Academic Knowledge, B.Com department also trains for potential candidates to face the challenges in life and their career by providing many value added Programmes to enhance their expertise.

Our goal is to impart value based education along with the development of positive attitude, better communication skills and abilities through Training program, Club Activities, Cultural & Sports Activities and proficiency of preparing Business Plan, raising of funds, becoming entrepreneur to apply knowledge in order to meet the challenges of future.

Bridge Course Classes and an Expert Talk Series

The Department of BCOM is organizing Bridge Course Classes and an Expert Talk Series for first-semester BCOM students to facilitate a smooth transition into undergraduate education and enhance their academic and professional competencies. The bridge course will strengthen students’ foundational knowledge , while the expert sessions, led by academicians will provide insights into contemporary business practices, entrepreneurship, leadership, financial literacy, and emerging trends in Commerce.

Dayananda Sagar College of Arts, Science and Commerce, in collaboration with NIMHANS, is organizing Youth Champion Training under the Health & Wellness Unit on 1st & 2nd September 2025 at the CIL Building. The program is designed for I Semester B.Com students to enhance emotional resilience and peer support. It will provide essential skills on mental well-being and stress management, preparing students as peer supporters.
